Civil Process

The Page County Sheriff’s Office has two civil process deputies that are responsible for serving all civil process within Page County as directed by the court system. Civil process papers include, but are not limited to, subpoenas, notices, orders, complaints and summonses for both civil and criminal cases. 

The Civil Process Division is also responsible for executing evictions, levies, seizures, and sales through public auctions.

Below are the fees to have an Eviction Notice or a Barring Notice served to a resident that lives within Page County.


In-State Residents
Eviction Notice: $12.00 per person
Barring Notice: $12.00 per person

Out-of-State Residents
Eviction Notice: $75.00 per resident address
Barring Notice: $75.00 per person
