Medical or Mental Health Condition
If you are given a delayed confinement reporting date by the court and you suffer from any chronic, acute physical, psychological ailment or you are taking any medication, whether they are prescribed or over the counter, YOU MUST make arrangements to see the jail nurse at least five (5) business days prior to your reporting date. This is critical to providing you with the care you need while incarcerated.
